Everybody can become a writer of cards integrated to the database.

All cards will be shown to the technical comittee of tha handiacces project before publication
This commitee is composed by one or several persons working with one of the partners of the project.
- Register as a writer: click here and fill in the proposed fields.
- Open a session with the selected user name and the sent password.
- Write cards!
- They are systematically proposed to the technical commitee.
- If one of the card is not accepted, an explanation will be furnished to its writer by one of the commitee member.
It is necessary to be registered as writer in order to be able to write cards, comments or other.
To guarantee the enrichment of the site, it will be soon possible to everyone to propose:
- comments on cards realised via associated forums
- modifications,additions of diffused cards
A card or a comment with racist, antisemite, homophope,sexist, pornographic content, or with commercial advertisement, as well as everything that the comittee judges opposed to the site's philosophy, is considered as contestable content.
The site initiators have chosen to put the site contents under Licence Creative Commons. This licence allows to propose open contents, ready to be reused. The writers join this measure by becoming writers.

The cards and the comments are available to the users by a contract Creative Commons "PPP" : Paternity - No commercial use - Sharing sharing of the same initial conditions (2.0 France)..
The cards will carry an explicit creative commons mention at the bottom.
Under the terms of this licence, writers are free to: 
reproduce,distribute and communicate this creation. modify this creation.
Under the following conditions:
Paternity:the name of the original writer has to be mentioned.
No commercial use: the cards cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Sharing of the same initial conditions: If the cards are modified, transformed or adapted, the resulting creation can only be distributed under a contract, identical to this one.
Each one of these conditions can be withdrawn if the authorisation of the rights bearer is obtained.
