This is a free text processing help software.

System requirement  :

Operating system : Windows 2000/Me/XP

Functions  :

Typing mode : click, self click and scanning

An new option is possible : each time a cell has been selected, the cursor is brought back to the center of the keyboard.

Word prediction : this keyboard is provided with a dynamic word prediction (it automatically adds any new word to the dictionary). When typing the first letters of a word, it shows a list of 8 words beginning with these letters. The predicted words are shown as most frequently used words in French.

Keyboard extension : this keyboard has been conceived to take as little place as possible on the screen, but you can choose whether to print additional windows (numbers, control keys, …)

Magnifying glass : the CVK is equipped with a magnifying glass that allows to enlarge the highlighted keys.

Transparency function : The “always visible” option makes it possible to force the virtual keyboard to remain on the foreground. The “disappearance” option allows to mask the window of the CVK as soon as the mouse doesn’t point on it. The transparency options allows to set whether the keyboard always remains transparent or only when the mouse is not on it, and also to set the transparency rate.

Audio feed back : it is possible to associate a sound (that can be chosen) to each key.

Edition  :

You can enlarge or reduce the size of the keyboard.

Currently, the keyboard is only customizable : the font, the style, the size and the colour of the keys can be changed.

The edition doesn’t exist yet in the current version.

When a grid is created, it can be saved in a profile, which allows to each user to keep the keyboard that fits him.

Disadvantages  :

Currently, there isn’t the grid edition function : the keyboard can only be personalized.

In the word prediction, the predicted words can only be shown as most frequently used words in the French vocabulary, not in the user’s vocabulary. But it should be corrected in the next version of CVK.
