Clavazerty

Clavazerty is a text processing help software. It looks like Freeclav but has some additional functions.

System requirements :

Operating system : Windows only (95 to XP)

Functions  :

Input device : pointing systems, switch(es).

Cells content : letters, functions (font adjustable)

Typing mode : click, self click or scanning (adjustable)

Scanning : it moves automatically row by row, then bloc by bloc in the line and finally cell by cell. A switch can replace the left button of the mouse.

Word prediction : a dynamic word prediction is optional. When typing the first letters of a word, it shows a list of 8 words beginning with these letters. Any new word can be added to the dictionary.

Audio feed back : when highlighted, a cell can be read (letters, words, ...). But it can't read the typed text.

Transparency function : with Windows XP, it is possible to choose the transparency option : it hides the keyboard when the pointer get out of it.

Internet use : it allows to write in the address bar of a navigator (not in the free version).

Word prediction. Moreover you have the ability to choose your personal dictionary for text processing.

For people with visual impairment, the keyboard size is adjustable.

Allows to shut down or re-boot the computer.

The coupling with any application is automatic.

Disadvantages  :

The keyboard cannot be edited

When using the scan mode, you can’t reach the tool bar of FreeClav

The minimum size of the keyboard is still too large.
