 It is a text processing help software with dynamic word prediction.

System requirement  :

Operating system : Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me, NT, XP

Processor 486/33 or greater

64 MB RAM memory or more.

Functions  :

Typing mode  : click, self click (adjustable), scanning (with a switch or the physical keyboard).

Scanning : It needs a switch and a SWAPI box, or a mouse click. It highlights each row of the grid and each key of the row. The BLOC keyboard allows time saving when using scanning : it moves by group.

Dictionary  : when typing the first letter of the word, it shows a list of 8 words. Any new word can be automatically added to the dictionary. The predicted words can be shown as most frequently used words. Any new word can be automatically added to the dictionary. Each predicted word is associated to one keyboard key (for instance to the third word is allocated the F3 key), which gives access to word prediction in the scanning mode. A function automatically places a space after each word selected in the prediction.

When you have written a word, it predicts a list of words that could follow (the anticipation function).

Programming  :

You cannot fully personalize your keyboard (even if you can change the size and the colour of the keys).

Advantages  :

The word prediction is rather efficient (frequence order, automatic addition of the new words, anticipation of the next word, …). The allocation of a key to each word of the prediction gives access to the word prediction in the scanning mode.

It gives access to Word and other applications using text.

Disadvantages  :

No french dictionary.

You cannot create your keyboard, nor set the provided one.

The tool bars of ScreenDoors and Windows can’t be reached in the scanning mode.
