 This is a text processing help and pointing software.

System requirements  :

Operating system : Windows 98, 2000, Me, XP ou later

Processor Pentium III, 300 MHz or greater

32 MB RAM memory or more

Functions  :

Cells content : letters, pictures, or functions (represented by symbols) that allows to run applications, to launch another keyboard, …

Typing mode : click, self click (adjustable) or scanning (autoscan, manual scan)

Scanning: Autoscan : the scanning is automatic. The number of cycles and the speed are adjustable. It can be controlled from 1 or 2 switch.

Several scanning methods are possible : row/column, group, zig-zag, circular, …

You can control the pointer of the mouse in the radar mode.

Environmental control  : with the Prog III, on the COM ports of the computer.

Programming  :

There is a large keyboard library within the software.

A creation assistant is integrated : it makes the personalized keyboard creation easier. The keyboard are fully personalized : number and size of the keys, contents of the cells (text, picture, function, macro)

Advantages  :

Easy keyboard programming, thanks to the creation assistant.

Provides access to any Windows application.

It is possible to personalize easily and fully your keyboard no matter the typing mode you are working with.

It is possible to create macros quickly.

It is possible to create environmental control keyboard (some are provided in the OnScreen library). To make it possible, you have to plug the GEWA Prog into the COM port of the computer.

It gives access to the control of the computer by emulating the keyboard and the mouse.

There are many scanning options.

Disadvantages  :

The initial keyboard is not very aesthetic.

The word prediction is optional (Software Skippy : 310€)
