Key Strokes is a text processing help software for Mac.

  System requirement  :

Operating system : Mac OS 9 and later.

Requires a minimal screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels

10 MB hard disk available

Functions  :

Typing mode : click, self click (adjustable). No scanning mode.

Word prediction : when typing the first letter(s) of the word, it shows a list of 8 words. The predicted words can be shown as most frequently used words. Any new word can be automatically added to the dictionary.

When you have written a word, it predicts a list of words that could follow (the anticipation function).

Exist in almost all languages

Speech system : read the selected keys in all languages, the written text in english only.

Edition :

6 keyboards are provided with this software.

There is not real keyboard edition, but a personalization (appearance, space between the keys).

Advantages  :

Provides access to all the Mac applications (Internet included).

The size of the keyboard fits the environment. There is also a transparency function.

It includes a dictionary editor to edit user dictionary.

It is possible to create shortcuts for words.

Disadvantages  :

No scanning mode.

No real edition, just a personalization of the keyboards.
